Pack It In… Pack It In Tight

09 Honda Fit

I don’t know about you but there’s nothing wrong with making a compact car that can still have a good amount of room to transport people and cargo. The Corolla does a goob job of that and even the Civic has a good name.

I would like to remind my readers that this here is America and we are a bit bigger than the folks over in Japan. We are, as my tagline up top of my blog has said before, Hugantic. We own the title of ruling with huganticism and that’s how we are.

This car, on the other hand, is the exact opposite. It’s small. It’s Minisculantic. That is a new word I am adding to my personal dictionary as I type. It’s a car that does better as something that sits on a kid’s bookshelf with the ‘69 Mustang and the ‘67 Chevelle SS 454 that he’s put together and collected over the few blatantly insane years he’s been alive.

I say nay to this vechile.

I Am Impartial, Does That Make Me Inconsiderate?

Posted by Johnathan | Posted in Blog | Posted on 29-04-2008

Ok folks, listen up people. I really don’t care what anyone thinks about this.

If you drive, you must follow the rules of the road. If you are handicapped, you can either get a tag to hang on your mirror (some states) or get a DP license plate. here in the state of Washington, you get a five-digit plate with a whellchair symbol and the letters DP to the right.

For those who dro drive and are handicapped in whatever way, answer this question for me… who the hell do you think you are? I have seen more people with DP plates and tags cut me off, overtake me and almost cause an accident, or just plain drive insane and risk my safety as a fellow driver on the road than ANYBODY else. I don’t care if you’re paralyzed from the waist down and have a gas lever on your steering wheel or are missing a leg. When you get into a car and drive, you become just like every other damn person on the road and it’ll be a cold day in hell before you deserve to be treated special when driving.

Don\'t Cut Me Off Again.....

For the driver of this White Jeep Liberty, you are the first I am publicly announcing this to. I want you to know that I watch all and If I feel you violate, I will let everyone else know about you. However, I do have a soul and I removed your license plate from this photograph. But If you live in the Parkland/Spanaway, WA area, be on the lookout for this Jeep. They have a very bad sense of driving courtesy and seem to not care.

Now that I have ranted, Have a good one people.

When Structure Supercedes Creativity

Posted by Johnathan | Posted in Blog | Posted on 27-04-2008

Yesterday, I was thinking about how awful my experience was as a Yearbook editor for the high school I attend. I was really thinking about how much creativity I wanted to express in the book and really give it a touch that no one has ever seen before.

As a graphic designer and someone that can make litterally everything from nothing, I worked my ass off and for what? Nothing. Being the only male on the editorial staff (along with one guy who was nothing but a wannabe, and I guess he got his wish of taking my place and being the “hot shot”) I had to deal with self-centered, closed-minded females. No insult intended to the female population who actually reads what I write, but I must say that when given power, the female human eats it up and demands more.

After a semester of bending over and being the bitch, I just stopped showing up and dropped out of it. I honestly stopped caring about a month and a half before the semester ended. I cared so little I just wouldn’t stick around to see sh*t fall apart because of my lack of effort. I knew what was going to happen and after everything I had to put up with, I think they damn deserved it. I was mistreated and I must say that because my creativity was limited and I was forced to a female structure that had no room for ideas and originality, I just gave up.

That’s why over the next couple of weeks, I will be using my creativity and compiling together a few different works that resemble the lack of structure. I want to superimpose and juxtapose and reimpose and outpose and buttpose and whatnot whatever comes to my mind. Creativity is not about totally planning. When something is planned out on paper, it NEVER looks as good as it did in your head when you had all the structure laid out.

New Goods To Leech

Posted by Johnathan | Posted in Blog | Posted on 26-04-2008

I’ve decided to expand my resource base and add sections for free software, and articles for all to enjoy.

I figure it’ll give me some new ideas and information to post about and relate to the community in which my website resides.

Be on the look out for software every week and articles all the time!

Overhaulin’

I will be overhauling JL.com here pretty soon upgrading to WordPress 2.5. It looks awesome to me and I look forward to writing many new tutorials in the near future as well with great speed.

I am currently working on something amazing a lot people probably don’t know that you can do with Windows Live.

Be sure to stay updated.
